Felt at home
I feel honoured to stay at Greentree due to the manner they treat patients. That made our stay very comfortable and I felt at home. Thanks for that. My only problem was the food because it did not cover everyone, but the nice part is when you ask, they give you what you requested! I would like to thank everyone who took part during my stay. Sisters, nurses, physiotherapists, etc. I wish you all the best for the wonderful treatment you give towards patients. Good luck!!

Aan die personeel wat uitstaande was met empatie, rustigheid en ervaring het hulle hom van iemand baie siek tot iemand wat gesond word gekry. Anita was meestal by buisvoeding en haar bekwame en mooi positiewe geaardheid was ‘n groot hulp. Nie een word uitgeskuif en hulle het in Andries en my hart ingeklim, en hierby wil ek sê dat die Greentree Subacute Hospitaal die beste is!!!
Great Service
Thank you for the excellent service I received during the past 2 weeks – you provided me with a home away from home. A big thank you to Trudie, Anita and staff for always checking in with me to see if I needed anything – very comforting. This is my second stay at Greentree and I will highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for stepdown treatment.

The staff – especially Anita and Trudie’s – attitude toward their work was exceptional. Their nursing ability and general approach to their work was a joy. The stay at this facility from all staff was always professional and of the highest standard. I would highly recommend Greentree to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Here you feel the staff care fore you and go that extra mile to keep you comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. All the staff crom the cleaners to the nurses, physios and matron are all friendly and caring. Here you can get well again. The rooms are neat and very clean and beautifull gardens and the food are extra tasty and beautifully garnished and served. Every patient shpuld heal here before sending home. To me it is a Step UP place and not a Step Down place. Well done Matron Joey you know what a sick patient needs

They have become like family to me. Green tree is truly a place where you are supported and cared for and only need to focus on your healing. The facilities and equipment are clean and modern. Morning: 10:30 to 11:30
Afternoon: 15:00 to 16:30
Please Note: Children under 12 not allowed in the rooms/wards, but are welcome to visit patients in the garden
